MUST High School vs. Scam High Schools

Being a former student of MUST High School’s Diploma program, I would like to share my experience of using my dedicated Student Area at MUST.

For those who are not pro with the idea of an online Student Area, let me tell you that MUST’s Student Area provides a personalized and easy-to-use dedicated, highly interactive webpage to all the students who enroll.

The area allowed me to easily access all the student service features like:

1. Program Summary: I could view my entire program summary directly from my student area. It gave me complete hold of the program that I was pursuing at a given point in time. It also showed me the guidelines to complete the program before the recommended completion date. This feature of the Student’s Area allowed me to have a better understanding of my program and better manage my progress and education.

2. Results Summary: I could view my entire program’s Results summary directly from my student area.  This feature allowed me to view my progress throughout my program as I kept track of all those areas and courses that called for improvement. I could even repeat the course where I received a low grade so that when I gave the paper next time and achieved a higher grade, which is what was counted in my final GPA.

3. Financial Summary: Thanks to this feature, I did not have to keep taking notes for my financial information related to my program as I had complete track record of my finances enlisted within my simple yet comprehensive Student Area. I had complete grip over my finances related to my program be it my tuition fee or even the financial aid I received from MUST.

4. Change to Flexible Payment Plan: I easily changed my payment plan anytime, depending on my requirements. For your information, there are two different fee payment options available to help students pay fees according to their budget at MUST namely:

• Complete Fees Payment Option: With the help of this option, if students pay the remaining fees for their program at once, they get a significant fee-cut. 
• Monthly Payment Option: This payment option of MUST is unique and highly flexible. There are 4 different monthly fee payment plans available through which students can pay their fees. How convenient is that?

5. Stop / Start Recurring Payments: I could easily start/stop my recurring payments any time I wanted.

6. Change Card / Account for Recurring Fee Payments: Not that I used this feature ever but it proved to be of ease to a number of my folks at MUST as it enabled them to change their card/account which they were using to pay their monthly recurring fee.

7. Secure Payments through the Payment Authorization Form: I could upload my payment authorization documents directly from my computer. The form authorized MUST to receive my tuition payment and ensured its security.

8. Easily Update your Profile: With this feature, I updated my profile directly from my student area when any of my relevant information changed or I needed to delete any information.

9. Easily provide documents for verification: I uploaded my documents directly from my computer in this case too.

10. Easily Update Communication Preferences: With this feature, I viewed/updated my Communication preferences like the best time to contact me, medium of communication – phone or email.

11. Complete Admission Formalities: After the simple two step enrollment process, when I logged on to my student area after two weeks, only then did I complete all the admission formalities with ease, directly accessing the sections to input the required information for the completion of the admission process.

12. Transfer Prior Learning & Education Credits: Through this feature I even made the requisitions for the transference of prior learning/ educational, simply by providing some basic information to MUST and easily got my credits transferred.

12. Change Credit Transfer & Prior Learning Assessment Method: Many a fellow students at MUST even changed the Assessment method for the Transference of credit for Prior learning and educational nature, directly from their Student Area.

13. Request Credentials Verification: Requesting for Credential Verification was also very easy at MUST as I have known some students who directly requested for the verification of their credentials from their Student Area. For your information, MUST provides FREE credentials verification letter to all its students as soon as they complete their admission formalities.

14. Request Refund: I even many a times claimed my refund of every out standing due, directly from my Student Area. This one was indeed a feature that reinforced MUST’s distinct quality of ease & flexibility.

To date, being a MUST Alumni, I still actively use this service whenever I need assistance such as how to request documents or request other alumni services be it apostille or notarization for instance and am even considering to enroll at MUST University for my bachelors program. I have friends all over the world and whenever I share my experience of obtaining my degree from MUST at my own pace and with the fee payment method I choose, all for nothing but high-quality education, they used to only come up with sighs as to how an online high school can manage such a comprehensive student management system all through the internet? Yes, that is the easy to use yet completely assisting Student Area MUST provides its students, making its students’ online learning experience as good as one-on-one.
